This dream originally took place in Venice. I was there with my dad and some other people but it didn't look anything like Venice. It was more like Pearl Harbor and there was a ride where you would go down with a sinking ship (my dreams aren't necessarily politically correct...). We didn't ride the ride because our tour was leaving. I couldn't figure out why this place looked so different than the Venice I'd been to two other times. I also saw Tiffany and Jane walking around and was glad to see Jane enjoying a vacation in Europe.
Then the day transformed into Adele's wedding. My mom and David told me to go get a table just as the food came out and everyone lined up at the buffet. I was supposed to get a table that was secluded yet near our family. This was difficult to find. I roamed around the huge outdoor wedding space looking for the right table. There were massive groups of tables everywhere with various groups of my friends and family at them. Carissa was at one table, my aunt and Tiff at another.
I saw some tables far away and went to go investigate. I walked down an enclosed corridor and found a bathroom at the end. Inside was Adele and Monique and one other girl. Adele had just had her baby but wouldn't tell us his name yet. I thought maybe she wanted to announce it later at the wedding so she wasn't saying it yet. I never found those far away tables.
When I woke up today I checked Facebook; Adele had had her baby. And they weren't telling the name just yet because they hadn't quite decided on one. Later today, we found out his name is Becket Anthony. :)
A journal of some of Angie's most interesting and vivid dreams. Since childhood she's had very intense and realistic dreams most nights and this blog is to share the insanity with anyone who will listen.

Vacation Dreams
Dreams on vacation are strange. I've had dreams of working at both my old office in Cali and my Melbourne office (apparently I want to be back at work...). I had an excellent dream the other night where I met my cousins' kids who were toddlers (time warp to the future). In the dream I was on the phone with Monique's son Henry, but in the dream his name was Clayton. He was about four years old and I said to him, "Hi Clay..." and he said sarcastically, "Did you just call me Clay?" and I was essentially sassed by a four year old. Monique found this funny when I told her about it (in the dream).
This was taking place at some party being thrown by Olivia Rangel that had all sorts of elementary school and high school people hanging around. I met Anthony (from Cal Poly) at the party and he looked very gloomy. He had a four year old son who was also at the party who was running around and being very hyper. Apparently it had not been Anthony's intention to have this kid and he wasn't getting along with the mom (his girlfriend) very well. I gave him a big hug to comfort him.
I find that when I'm on vacation, I often wake up remembering my dreams like normal, but don't have the time to write anything down since we have things to do. So, dream blog is being neglected. Hopefully I can get a few good ones before the end of the trip!

Kennedy's
Dreamed: Monday Night February 9
I was at the Kennedy's house for some reason; a place I haven't been in reality for probably over ten years. It was holiday season and all their kids were home and we were all sitting at their dining room table. In reality, the Kennedy's have only two kids, but in my dream they had about ten, all full grown. This table was immense, it could have fit 30 people, like something out of Bruce Wayne's house.
As I looked around, the entire house was actually enormous. And not like mansion enormous, but like warehouse enormous. The distance between the walls in the dining room was a wide as a four lane highway, and the atrium near the stairs was four stories high. I squinted to see the framed portraits adorning the wall all the way up, even though you could only really see the ones at normal height. I thought it was odd that you'd still put pictures that high up on the wall where no one could see them.
There were some snacks on the giant table and everyone was talking. One of the goodies in front of me was a basket of muffins. They were vanilla muffins with chocolate gooey interior. But I had just eaten some chocolate chip cookies at my mom's house and didn't want any more sweets (as if that would deter me in real life - I love dream world). The person at the head of the table, just next to me, was suddenly Monique. She was telling me, in a joking way, that I needed to have a muffin or she'd be offended. But she kept calling them cookies even though they were clearly muffins.
I glanced across the table and down a few seats to see Carol Kennedy, the mom of the family. She was intent on something in front of her on the table, wrapping a present or something. She was very young, maybe as young as when I was a kid, and she looked like a young Sigourney Weaver.
